Do you know the way to San Jose?.

Well, We are officially in San Jose!. I am really bummed b/c we didn't get any pictures of our moving truck. We looked like the biggest hillbillies!. My dad brought up his cage truck, but b/c we had to much stuff they had to tarp the top of it. We had to stop almost every hour to fix and re-tape the tarp down. We used a WHOLE ROLL of duck tape... It was really a site to see. Well, we are only here for about 2 days, then we are headed to San Diego for a week or so!. I'll post pictures of our apt as soon as I get a chance to unpack and take some!

Maui, Hawai'i

I had never been to Hawaii before & Marc had only been once along time ago, so going to Maui was a new AmAzInG experience for us. It was also a perfect relaxer from me to get away from work for a while & for Marc to have one last big hoorah before he starts grad school. We went with Marc's mom, dad, aunt & uncle. They were all SOOO much fun and definitely know how to vacation!. We did so much... We biked down Haleakala, got threatened with a hurricane, Snorkeled around Lanai'i, Scuba dived to the Cathedral's, Went to a luau, Went to the BEST magic/comedy show I have ever seen, Parasailed, & dined like queen's and king's!. We can't thank them enough for inviting us with them!.

Lake Powell!.

We had SUCH a fun trip to Lake Powell this last weekend. We had a pretty good group of people there & they were all so fun. We did water weenie, wake skating, cliff jumping, tinfoil dinners, fishing, knee boarding, basically everything you can think of!. I made a BIG mistake though while packing. I went to Walmart to get us a tent & blow up mattress..... I found the 2 perfect ones, or at least I thought. When we got to the beach I took the tent out & it was a JUNIOR!. It slept 2, but 2 children..... I couldn't believe it. I figured well we can at least still sleep on our blow up mattress. I was SO wrong again... I didn't take that one out of the package either & it needed an outlet to blow it up. So we ended up snuggled together on a rock, putting our blankets underneath us. I couldn't believe I let that on slip by... Usually I am so good at planning things out!. Oh well, everything else was perfect!. By the time we got back we were all pretty banged up and tired as usual. I dont know about everyone else on the trip, but all Marc and I did when we got home was shower & headed straight to bed. You know when you are that tired, it was a fun trip!.
