First off, the baby showers! We are so lucky to have such sweet friends wanting to throw us baby showers. We had two and they were both SO much fun. We played games, had great food, talked, laughed and opened presents!. Not only did we have amazing friends to throw the showers, we also had both our family's able to come to one of them. My mom, sister & brother came clear from Kanab, my Aunt Luann came clear from Sacramento and Marc's mom flew up from San Diego. It was SO fun to have everyone together. I can't thank everyone enough for throwing them and coming. Not to mention all the friends I have back home who sent cards & presents in the mail. It will be something I will never ever forget!! Here are some pictures from the 1st shower. I will post the pictures from the 2nd when I get them.
Second topic, Babies! We are now in week #35 in our pregnancy!. Can you believe it, WEEK 35!! I say it and it almost seems fake. Things are going great though. We just saw the doctor yesterday. She said the baby is sizing up perfectly. Although she won't know until right before the baby is born she is guessing a 7.5 lb baby. She also confirmed that she will NOT be the one delivering. She is about 3 weeks behind me in her own pregnancy and will not be seeing her patients after April 8th. We assumed that she wouldn't be delivering when she told us she was pregnant, but it's nice to have a for sure answer now.
Anyways, we are getting more and more excited each day to see our sweet little girl. She is getting so strong with her movements and loves to kick to music. Although I am uncomfortable, I am enjoying our last few weeks of it just being Marc and I around the house. I am not going to lie though, I will be so happy when I get my body back! Especially to be free of Acid Reflux!. I had a bad dose of it again last night. I have been mentally gearing myself up for labor and thought I was ready to handle the pain, but as I was right smack dab in the middle of my excruciating pain last night all I could think about was how much trouble I was going to be in here in the next couple weeks. I'm tellin' ya... sometimes I feel like I barely survive those attacks and nothing could be more painful. I know I am in for a real wake up call regarding what pain really is, but I am going to stay naive as long as I can.. Here is a picture at 34 weeks!

Last, but not least... Birthdays!! Marc just turned 27!. Even though he was crazy busy on his birthday (he was gone from 7am - 9:30pm and had 3 tests) we still managed to celebrate just a little. The weekend before we went with my family and his mom to Claim Jumper aka The Jump Jump!. I didn't make reservations because I didn't know how many people were going to be coming and we ended up waiting for almost 2 hours!!. Was the two hour wait worth getting Marc his favorite stack of ribs for his birthday? I am still not so sure, but it was a good fun night out for us. On Marc's actual birthday Cortney and I, with the help of his friends from school, surprised him during lunch with a birthday cake. It was a quick celebration since he needed to get back for another test, but enough to make him feel special for a few minutes (at least I hope it did.) Here are some pictures to document the big celebration!.
